Bianca Belair extended an invitation to Caitlin Clark, a WNBA player for the Indiana Fever, to take part in the 2025 WWE Women’s Royal Rumble match during a recent interview with ComicBook Nation.
Belair highlighted the importance of chances and media coverage, as well as the increasing attention that women in the WNBA are receiving.
“It’s hilarious because everyone is already inquiring about it,” Belair remarked, referring to Clark’s attendance at one of WWE’s Premium Live Events in Indianapolis. They’re bringing up Caitlin Clark even before the news conference. I adore what the WNBA is doing, let me tell you that. I’m thrilled that women are receiving greater attention and visibility. I’ve always maintained that there is nothing different that needs to be done. All we need is the chance and the publicity, which the WNBA is providing.
Belair talked on WWE’s groundbreaking accomplishments for female wrestlers, including hosting WrestleMania and regular programs. In addition, the former Women’s Champion saw a fascinating fusion of these two realms and urged Clark to think about competing in the Royal Rumble as one of the 30 competitors.
