Breaking: Nebraska Fan Favorite Signs An Exhibit 10 Deal With The Indiana Pacers.

The Indiana Pacers have been working hard to bolster their roster for the upcoming campaign. Pascal Siakam and Obi Toppin, two important power forwards from the previous campaign, are returning. They even made the low-risk, perhaps high-reward signing of James Wiseman.

Although it isn’t done, Indiana will probably make some significant acquisitions in the summer. It would be fascinating to see how many of the three players they picked in the second round end up getting signed by a team. A fan favorite did sign a deal with the Pacers as an exhibit 10.

Keisei Tominaga, a fan favorite, played collegiate basketball at Nebraska. He hit 38% from three and 47% from the field while averaging 15 points a game. Tominaga now has a chance to play professionally after Indiana signed him to an Exhibit 10 contract.

Describe an Exhibit 10 contract, then. There is a minimum pay tied to the one-year contract. Then, this contract may be turned into a two-way agreement by an NBA team, but it needs to happen before the season. In essence, it gives a team access to more G-League players.

Former Nebraska Star Keisei Tominaga Lands NBA Contract
The Pacers are only attempting to sign talented guys with the goal of developing them into rotation players down the road. Is Tominaga ever going to be a Pacers player? No, I don’t. His defense isn’t strong enough to allow him to compete in the NBA.

However, I do believe that if he plays with the Mad Ants, he can improve as a player. It’s true that a G-League career may also pay rather well. Still, Tominaga works really hard. He intends to exert maximum effort to become an NBA player.
