Just In: Good News As Tigers Conclude Talks On Deal To Add Another High Rated QB To The Team

Javien Toviano, a sophomore cornerback for LSU, was banned after an arrest in July. He has now returned to the team.

Toviano attended the team’s inaugural session on Thursday morning after being “reinstated by the university,” according to LSU coach Brian Kelly.

“He’s back in football activities, and we’ll kind of get him going again back in the mix,” said Kelly. He will undoubtedly be a fierce competitor for us. We saw him perform last year. We’ll get him going while he attends to his legal issues.”

The 19-year-old Toviano turned himself in to the police on July 21 after he was charged with video voyeurism. The arrest warrant claims that he videotaped himself having intercourse with a lady without getting her permission.

The lady reported to the police that she had discovered footage of the two on Toviano’s iPad, which had been captured by a camera-equipped clock that was put next to the bed. She also admitted to the officers that Toviano had previously videotaped them having sex without getting her permission, even though she had instructed him not to.
