As Buffalo prepares for its last preseason game on Saturday, they are adding a quarterback to the roster in lieu of backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who is out due to a knee injury. Anthony Brown was signed by the Bills on Tuesday.

The Bills dismissed or injured wide receiver Lawrence Keys III to create place for Brown.

Before being waived last week, Brown most recently played for the Las Vegas Raiders over the summer.
